We want to thank our lovely customers for their patience while our server team worked on a hardware issue that was flagged today at 2:30pm BST.
Below are the details from the server company:
A number of VPS and dedicated cloud customers will have experienced an interruption of service this afternoon, between approximately 14:25 and 14:50.
This was caused by a hardware failure which our engineers are currently investigating.
Mitigating actions have been taken and affected services are back online as of 14:50,pm - we continue to monitor while we investigate the underlying hardware problem.
15:15pm GMT: We are aware that issue has recurred, and affected customers will again be experiencing loss of service; our engineers are working on site to resolve this issue as quickly as possible such that this is fully resolved and does not reoccur.
16:20pm GMT: The affected VPS and Dedicated Cloud servers have now been migrated to a different hardware node, and all services should be restored.
